The idea of coloured curtain track that is easy to install was first hatched in 1997. There was a huge hole in the window furnishing industry where there was very little choice in having coloured track that could either match the look of your home or stylishly contrast.

It took years of hard work to design the concept and research the market. ColourTrak launched with only one product at the 1998 Homeshow in Auckland, New Zealand and was met with a great response from both the general public and retailers.

Since the launch, the business has had huge growth and ColourTrak is currently distributed throughout New Zealand and exports to Singapore, Seychelles and Fiji. ColourTrak has continued to research the requirements of customers, installers and designers and have launched 5 new products and a large range of accessories.
